POSTURE OF THE THIRD NAMASKARA PARVATASANA

  • Mantra: OM SURYAYA NAMAH
  • Procedure: Raising the arms up, stretch whole of your body backward while gazing the sky with open eyes. Ben backward as mush as possible, expand your chest at the same time.
